The founder reads these himself and replies properly, normally within two working days and never longer than a week. If we are the wrong firm for your problem, he will say so and tell you who might be better.

We work on what you stand for and how it is said, and on the proof that backs it. If what you want is more posts or bigger numbers, we are the wrong firm, and there are cheaper ones.

If we cannot, he says so and tells you who might be better. That answer costs you nothing and it is not a softener before a pitch.

If we can, the next step is one short call.
No deck, no pitch, no follow-up sequence. If it goes further after that, you get a written proposal with the scope and the cost on it.
