DDF Consulting is a brand and marketing strategy firm registered in Nigeria as a business name, BN 8873303, TIN 2522572326925, at 74 Adeniran Ogunsanya, Surulere, Lagos. "We", "us" and "the firm" mean DDF Consulting. "You" means anyone reading this site. Write to info@ddfconsulting.co about anything on this page.
A description of what the firm does, a body of published writing, and a way to get in touch. It is not an offer to contract, it carries no prices, and nothing on it obliges us to take on any piece of work. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, please stop reading and close the tab.
The essays and positions published here are our thinking about markets, brands and the businesses in them. They are general, they are written for no one in particular, and they are not advice on your situation. Reading them creates no client relationship, and neither does writing to us. An engagement begins only when both sides have signed a written proposal or agreement setting out the scope, the terms and the fee, and not before.
Enquiries go to the founder's inbox and are read there. Please do not send anything confidential or commercially sensitive before a written agreement is in place, because until one exists we owe you no duty of confidence and cannot promise to keep it. We read everything and we do not undertake to reply to everything. What we do with the details you send is set out in the privacy note.
The essays, positions, name, wordmark and the visual system on this site belong to the firm. Quote a short passage if it is useful to you, with our name on it and a link back, and take it as read that we are glad you did. Republishing a piece whole, translating it, or putting it inside a product or a service you sell needs our written permission first. Ask at info@ddfconsulting.co; the answer is usually yes.
The writing cites and links to other people's work, because a claim with its evidence attached is worth more than a claim. Those sites are not ours. We do not control what they publish, we are not responsible for it, and a link is not an endorsement of everything behind it.
We try to keep this site up, accurate and current, and we do not promise any of the three. Every piece of writing is dated and reflects what we thought when we wrote it; markets move and we may not have gone back to it. We may change, move or remove any page at any time.
You are responsible for what you decide. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, cost or damage arising from a decision taken on the strength of something read here, or from the site being unavailable or wrong. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction. Where you deal with us as a consumer in another country, this does not remove any right you hold under the law of the place you live that cannot be signed away.
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page says when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies. We do not notify anyone of a change, so check the date if it matters to you.
